Jake
Johnston

Jake Johnston grew
up learning about real estate from entrepreneurial parents who invested
heavily in Seattle and its surrounding areas. His parents put him to work
at an early age; laying rebar at age ten, roofing houses at twelve, and
framing entire buildings by age sixteen. This practical experience, and
the profitable results, led Jake towards earning a Business degree at
Seattle University which he achieved by the age of 19.
Jake's 20 years experience in
construction & design and his unique approach in creating new floor plans to
update homes to today’s lifestyle have created a thorough understanding of
building costs to maximize best return for the dollar spent on real
estate. Jake has a complete understanding of today’s trends in
color schemes, fixtures, appliances, and materials, to make sure to stay ahead
of the market, and create a strong return on investment (see Portfolio).

Greenwood

Carolyn
Greenwood is a licensed realtor in the state of
Oregon
and has the excellent market research, analytical, sales, and customer service skills needed in the
complex world of real estate. Carolyn has over 20
years customer service, sales, & marketing experience and 3
years experience in real estate development & acquisition with positions
held as partner and managing member within two real estate investment companies.
Her experience includes high level negotiations and
communications with investors, buyers and sellers of real estate. In
addition she has comprehensive skills and knowledge of real estate acquisition, renovation,
rental, marketing, staging, and sale of homes.
